This proposal is for a dwelling to allow sustainable management of this woodland. The proposed dwelling is the only sustainable, long term option for management of this woodland and control the invasive species.
Sustainable woodland management involves a closer and more permanent relationship with the woodland, which in turn suggests a greater need for on-site dwelling.
