Overview
Kerrycrusach is a detached storey and a half 4-bedroom house located at Kerrycrusach Farm on the Isle of Bute. The house is clad in natural timber, stone and slate with white render and takes in stunning views over to Loch Ascog.
As is always our approach, the house takes a fabric first strategy to energy efficiency and it also utilises number of renewable systems such as an air source heat pump, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, photovoltaic array, solar thermal and a wood burning stove. Coupled with clever use of natural lighting, a comfortable and beautifully lit home with low running costs was created with the project completed in 2018.
